All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
Please note any length modification requests when placing your order.
We are unable to place items on hold.
Orders cancelled before shipment may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Once an item has been delivered, our standard return policy will apply.
Orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Shipping times may occasionally be delayed due to holidays, weather, or postal carrier delays.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for all items other than custom work that are unused and in their original condition.
To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
